Problem

Hi. I have a sony MP3 player and have problems playing the songs in it. After I have downloaded them in MP3 format I can open them with the sonic stage program, I can transfere the songs in to my player, the title of the song will appear but when clicking play it says "Cannot play". I haven't the problem with the first version I used of aTC, but the second and third one I used, including the newest will have this problem... Can anyone help please? Thanks
